We offer three year course that can be subscribe separately:
-1st year foundation: with an integrated anatomical perspective, yoga classical and tantric philosophy, alignments and actions for safe postures. 135 h
-2nd year expansion: with an energetic focus on chakra, nadi, and all the subtle body, pranayama, and expansion on the art of teaching technichs. 165 h

-3rd year elevation: with 300 hours advanced Yoga course aimed at Self-discovery. You learn to analyse yourself trough the lens of the ayurveda that allow to know whitch yoga tecnichs to use in different situation in order to balance the body and mind.
This program develops the higher yoga called Samyama or that of the mind and meditation with classical yoga technichs and tantric ones as with the Shaktis.
Moreover, the anatomy of the asanas and the art of the teacher are also studied in depth.

The main teacher and founder of the yoga school is Edy Bampa with the main training in Yoga Paripurna 600h and Anusara Inspired 500h whose methodologies are integrated. She has decades of experience receiving and donating trainings, workshops and masters.
