We are a donation based yoga studio so money is never an obstacle to taking yoga. Our teachers are all volunteers. We are a non-profit 501c3 organization and have a Board of Directors. Marsha Threlkeld is the Director of the Yoga Collective of Yakima. We offer Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Basic Yoga, Men's Yoga, Tai Chi, and Yoga in Spanish. We do outreach to a Memory Care Senior Center Facility and teach Yoga in Spanish at public library branches..
Our teacher training program emphasizes teaching every body, regardless of ability level and challenges. All of us can learn and practice yoga. Our certified course instructors share a strong knowledge of asana, yoga philosophy, injury prevention, and teaching techniques.
