About Yoga By Degrees
Our next teacher training session starts: September 2nd, 2025. Yoga by Degrees 200 hour teacher training provides you with all of the skills, knowledge and expertise you need to successfully lead an inspiring, safe and beneficial yoga class. We teach you all of the mechanics of intelligent sequencing, anatomy and philosophy so that ultimately you can express your individual creativity and share it with your students.

The training program at YBD provided a supportive, encouraging environment. The teachers were very knowledgeable about yoga, open to questions and very supportive of us. We were given ample time to practice the teaching methods and given helpful feedback on our homework and teaching.
YBD YTT was a great experience! I loved the pace and schedule (6-month program). I also really appreciated the variety of leads, it was helpful to get different perspectives and learn different approaches, which is helpful in taking what resonates with you to become an authentic teacher. The leads took the time to answer questions and were supportive along the way. The group size of ten felt perfect!
