The 650-hour Teacher Training at Unity Training was an exceptionally valuable experience for me – professionally, personally, and for my further path as a yoga teacher. This training allowed me to deepen my own practice on a much more profound level while significantly expanding my knowledge of anatomy, class structure, and the philosophical foundations of yoga. What impressed me most was the high level of expertise and dedication of the trainers. In every session you could feel how much experience, passion, and genuine care for the development of the participants went into this program. The learning environment was always supportive, respectful, and inspiring. It was not only about transmitting knowledge, but truly about accompanying and strengthening each participant in their individual development as a teacher. Another major benefit for me was the professional guidance regarding the German health insurance certification process (§20 SGB V). The support was structured, clear, and very practical – something that is incredibly valuable for yoga teachers who want to establish their work on a solid professional foundation. I am deeply grateful for this training experience and can wholeheartedly recommend the 650-hour Teacher Training at Unity Training to anyone who wishes not only to teach yoga, but to deeply understand, embody, and share it with authenticity. Excellent teacher training. Florian and team make learning both accessible and fun. I particularly liked how we were asked to teach each other in small groups right from the start and how the philosophy is always a strong through line in both the training and Florian’s weekly Spirit Yoga sessions ( which I still attend). We had the extra challenge of studying during Covid and the pivot to online was seamless. It was also helpful to have the opportunity to teach real classes at the studio during the holidays.
