Im Jahre 2003 wurde UNIT Yoga als Ausbildungsschule für Yogalehrer gegründet. Dann 2008 haben die Gründer Romana & Holger Zapf ihren Traum vom eigenen Studio erst in Wiesbaden und dann in Hamburg wahr gemacht. Unter dem Namen UNIT vereinigen sich verschiedenen Yoga Kurse wie Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga für den Rücken sowie auch Yin Yoga. Wir bieten die Kurse in verschiedenster Level an. Hierdurch ist garantiert, dass sowohl Beginner als auch Fortgeschrittene ein intensives Yogaerlebnis haben. Natürlich steht auch der Spaß und das Wohlbefinden ganz oben auf der Liste. Schon beim Eintreten wirst Du freundlich begrüsst, spürst die tolle Atmosphäre und kannst Dich erstmal in Ruhe Umziehen und einen Tee trinken bevor es in Deinem Lieblingsyogakurs losgeht.
"Wir holen Dich da ab, wo Du stehst" heißt die Devise und jedermann, ob jung oder "reifer", kann hier für sich etwas finden. Dieses spezielle Kurskonzept und die sanfte UNIT-Philosophie bei die Individualität und Freiheit des Einzelnen im Vordergrund steht, vermitteln wir auch in unseren Yogalehrer Ausbildungen.
