The Twisted Warrior teacher training program is top notch. I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about becoming a yoga teacher. I feel I acquired a deeper knowledge about yoga, different types of yoga, and its many aspects. Lucy provided a variety of practical, related experiences by bringing in a network of instructors who specialized in areas such as meditation, breath work, Arial yoga, Ayurveda, Restorative yoga, doing adjustment and more. It was a well-rounded learning experience with high standards for our teaching practice. There is always more to learn, but I feel well- equipped to begin my yoga teaching thanks to excellent training provided by The Twisted Warrior.
