Sacred Jade Yoga (formally know as Sacred Space Yoga), is an established Yoga School since 2014. Located in Saint Petersburg, FL, Jade Skinner, who is the face of Sacred Space Yoga, has been teaching since 2007. Jade's love of teaching resides in the practice of Ashtanga yoga, both led and mysore style. She is also very well versed in teaching creative flow, gentle, restorative and curated yoga programs for individuals. Jade has a teaching style that makes learning yoga fun, challenging, yet accessible to everyone and every "body".
The Sacred Jade Yoga 200hr Foundational Training is an opportunity to dive deep into your practice, so that you may help others do the same. Program Director, Jade Skinner, takes you through an in-depth look at the Ashtanga tradition, yogic philosophy, history, various styles of practices and more. The foundation of this YTT program is rooted in Ashtanga-Vinyasa as a base to plants seeds and grow from. Through personalized instruction, students will learn to unfold with confidence, develop an intuitive sense of awareness and cultivate the self-care tools necessary to assist others in living their yoga authentically.
