A supportive learning environment. Offers a comprehensive approach to yoga teacher training.
The YTT program was exceptional. I thought I was going to deepen my yoga/teaching knowledge but in fact I ended up expanding my yoga practice into a "living yoga" practice with deeper levels of understanding of how yoga and teaching are interwoven into all aspects of living. This training has enriched my career, my family and allow me to grow as an individual, the yoga growth has a been the bonus :). Aida is an incredible facilitator and mentor, her knowledge of both the technical/mechanical aspects and of the spiritual/philosophical aspects felt very wholistic. I would recommend this program 1Mx's over to anyone who is looking for an opportunity to grow within or beyond their yoga practice.
