Student reviews
My RYT-200 yoga teacher training with SpringStone Yoga was excellent. As a student of this program, I felt the instructor, Lynne Jacobs, supported our whole class well throughout the 8-month program. Her assistance took the forms of knowledgeably offering us instruction, providing clear and mindful feedback, responding promptly to correspondence in between training weekends, and generously offering her studio space for students to practice teaching. The program was well-paced and organized into parts that were challenging yet manageable within the given timeframes and deadlines for assignments. Lynne’s authenticity as a yoga teacher was evident in how she taught concepts such as the Yamas and Niyamas as well as how she professionally shared her own experiences with yoga as a student, teacher, and human being who leads a busy life off of the mat and aims to apply yoga principles in daily life. Given the opportunity to take this course again, I would apply for Lynne’s course without hesitation. While I have moved out of state, I will be keeping my eyes on future training with Lynne. Fortunately, there may be an opportunity to continue a form of supervision / mentoring with Lynne over Skype which I am excited about. I highly recommend Lynne’s RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training.
Lynn Jacobs is very knowledgeable about the body, the asanas and yoga and she is an excellent instructor. I enjoyed the class and feel prepared to teach.
