Spirit Rising Yoga (SRY) shares the yoga and lifestyle teachings of Kundalini Yoga. Our teacher trainings are certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI).

We provide classes, workshops, Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, Seva projects and events.

All are welcome - no experience necessary - the only requirement is interest in growing and learning.

Our Teacher Training Level 1 offers 200 hours and Level 2 Modules (5 Modules) offer an additional 300 hours (60 hours each).
