This YTT will take place over weekends, and give students a chance to teach in the studio upon the completion of the course, and receive mentorship over the year+ following.
This course is run by Michele Spence McGarry, who was introduced to yoga in her late teens, after an injury, and just kept coming back to it over the years. As the aches and pains of adulthood kicked in, Michele mostly returned for release of stress and tension in the body... but found so much more. She has trained in the US, Ireland, Scotland and India, and considers herself a lifetime student.
Yoga brought Michele a remedy to lots of those 'growing pains', and so much more! Delve into a deeper knowledge of the body, the connection of body, breath & spirit... and really getting to know yourself! This YTT is the start of a beautiful journey.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Soul Space Yoga Teacher Training program. I found the course to be informative, thought-provoking, engaging and flexible. Michele is an excellent teacher and weaved in creative teaching methods throughout the course. I was sad when it came to an end! It was a great foundation fostering a love of yoga learning!
