Jeanie manchester's 200 hour Teacher Training is a year long study that is suited for the house holder Yogin that wants top take their studies deep in a slow and thoughtful way as to incorporate teachings and practices into everyday life. Each Module is coordinated with a season and will be guided by Ayurvedic principles and practices according to personal doshas. We will anchor our self practice and teaching theory through asana,philosophy, chanting, pranayama,anatomy and subtle body awareness. Our Summer module will be an in depth experience into meditation and self practice on retreat in Southern Colorado.
