The pair were later joined by Marit Akintewe and formed the Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training Course in 2010.

Seasonal yoga have now trained over 2000 yoga teachers around the world and Seasonal Yoga classes continue to be a popular choice for students and teachers a like, with many reporting the life changing effect the practices have had on their life and energy.

I was inspired to participate in the Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training by Sue Woodd who taught Hatha Yoga at my local gym. Her knowledge and teaching style surpasses any other class I have attended in the past, and her passion, enthusiasm and commitment to yoga is infectious. I would class myself as a beginner, and I really wanted to learn and improve my postures and general knowledge of yoga as a way of life. The course has exceeded my expectations in terms of the philosophy of yoga, asanas, breath work, meditation and anatomy and physiology. However, it is the seasonal element that truly differentiates this course, aligning with the changing energies of nature, to equip you with the skills and knowledge to truly work in harmony with your body and mind, as each season unfolds. Sue is joined by some truly wonderful and experienced teachers on the course, and I look forward to continuing my yoga journey - Thank you
