A perfect immersion into yoga teacher training
I really loved my training with Meadowlark. The main gems I take away from it are the amazing and elaborate explanations of posture allignments. Amy is a pro at what she does, a body whisperer and experienced practitioner. Karen Kirkness has a vast knowledge of anatomy and shares this generously. We got lots of little pearls of additional teachings such as meditation techniques, philament therory, philosophy, Qi Qong, chanting etc. The training is well established around the Ashtanga style. One thing I missed was more training in the general vinyasa style and creative sequencing. Otherwise, I was very happy with this training.
