We provide a Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training called "Living Masters". Our main teacher, Katrina Bos, was trained through KRI and chose to develop a new Teacher training that focuses first on healing the teacher - to become radiant and real when they head out to teach. From there we truly become the Living Masters that the world needs right now.
This program honours the amazing technology of kundalini yoga, integrates a wider understanding of yogic philosophy and focuses on how to bring yoga to the people - how to "keep it real and available" to everyone regardless of religion, lifestyle, fitness or age.
