About Room to Breathe Yoga
Room to Breathe is a group practice of therapists and yoga instructors who understand that your mental and physical health are interconnected. Our therapists offer talk therapy for those interested in exploring and accessing their wellbeing and their personhood, difficulties and strengths through counseling sessions. Our yoga instructors are psychologically-informed and offer trauma sensitive classes for people who are connecting with their bodies and wellbeing through the practices of yoga and meditation. Our vision is to provide human centered mental health care and somatic practices for folx to find healing and explore their truest self. We have a positive impact on our community by decreasing the stigma related to seeking out mental health treatment and self care practices. We prioritize the health of our inner community of therapists and yoga practitioners. We are constantly searching for ways to provide innovative services that meet the needs of our clients and students.
All our instructors are experienced or trained in psych-sensitive and trauma-sensitive yoga. This means our language is inclusive, empowering, and focused on long-lasting connection.
