P.Y Yoga & Pilates Studio was founded by Huynh Vinh An, an instructor with more than 10 years of teaching and professional training experience in Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training. With a multidisciplinary background in movement sciences, An Huynh brings a well-rounded and integrative approach to practice, helping students achieve optimal results while developing diverse movement capacity.
