Our practical, fun and nurturing learning environment will give you the confidence to lead an individual or group through a safe and yoga class. During your 200Hr teacher training will learn over 30 yoga poses and everything from anatomy and alignment to philosophy and pranayama (breath work), meditation techniques, practical teaching approaches and how to build a client list. Plus you’ll get free classes with us while you study!
All graduates can apply to become part of our apprenticeship program and get extra hands on experience.
We are currently an affiliated with Zen Wellness through the yoga alliance which we have run yoga and qigong training programs with since 2012. Our own Yoga Teacher Training Application with Yoga Alliance is in review. Qigong will be offered as a separate training program in the near future.
