It has been my pleasure to work one on one with students allowing them to tap into self-awareness and learn what it is to have empathy, respect and loving kindness for themselves and others.
Together we begin to learn about trauma and healing. Together we learn about inclusivity and social justice along with the need for and importance of resting and restoring.
Together, we will dive into the history and philosophy of yoga and will find that yoga is not only for our physical bodies but also for our minds. Physical alignment will be a key part of our training as well as learning to sequence poses safely and effectively to many levels of practice giving this the highest priority.
