Our flagship 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is thoughtfully designed to blend live online connection with immersive in-person experiences, creating a training that is flexible, personal, and deeply transformative. For those who wish to explore further, we also offer shorter specialist trainings, including a 10-Hour Yoga Nidra YTT and a 10-Hour Yin YTT, giving you the chance to expand your skills in areas that truly resonate with your heart.
