WHAT AN AMAZING AND INCREDIBLE PROGRAM! I can’t speak highly enough about the wonderful teachers I had the privilege of studying under. Kristen Rooney, Patty Bellali, and Tracy Bodis were an absolute triforce of knowledge, power, and grace. Anyone who is in search of a greater understanding of a yogic lifestyle and how they can fit these teachings with their current life would be delighted in utilizing this program. From philosophy to anatomy, all aspects are covered, delving into teachings that apply to all…in and aside the asana practice. A deeper connection with the self occurs and a webbing with community is paramount. Anyone looking to advance their skills and knowledge base should feel welcome, safe, and cared for. THANK YOU PASADENA CITY COLLEGE!!!!
