PALM + PINE is a woman-owned small business that opened it's doors in 2017 to foster community and growth through yoga! We center our collective work around the sacred mantra Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu… "May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of our own life contribute to the happiness and freedom for all."
We offer a variety of heated & non-heated accessible yoga classes. Most classes are rooted in the vinyasa style - linking breath and movement. While classes will differ in energy and pace, every class is open-level and our teaching culture is invitational, meaning you'll be given props and options to find what feels good for you.
We’re committed to honoring the roots of yoga, which is multi-dimensional, and not just about the poses. Here, we give ourselves permission to experience all that it means to be alive. We move, rest, connect, reflect, grow, cry, laugh, play - all free of judgement or pressure.
We’re one big-hearted community with two warm, intimate spaces in La Crosse and Holmen, WI. We offer 24/7 convenient digital offerings, monthly workshops, community challenges, private sessions, trainings, and retreats.

Going into this training, I expected to learn how to teach yoga poses. What I didn’t expect was how deeply this program would change the way I live my life. Palm + Pine’s YTT was so much more than memorizing sequences or learning alignment it was a full-body, full-heart experience that wove yoga into every part of my day-to-day life. This program offered structure, intention, and support in ways I didn’t know I needed. We dove into the Yamas and Niyamas in a way that made them real, applicable, and personal. It wasn’t just about learning philosophy, it was about integrating it. I found myself journaling more intentionally, using breathwork in real-life situations, and having powerful conversations about inclusivity, impact, and leadership not just on the mat, but in the world. I also discovered how much I love teaching! Creating sequences, building playlists, and weaving in themes has brought me so much unexpected joy. I can say, without a doubt, that this training didn’t just teach me how to teach yoga. It taught me how to live yoga. And that is a gift I’ll carry with me long after the 200 hours are complete.
