Inner Alignment Yoga School is an extension of Kim Beekman's Ayurvedic Psychology programs offered to awaken the consciousness of humanity. This Yoga School adopts the ancient principles of spiritual yoga to help people restore to their Divine Consciousness, and ultimately reconnect with their soul. Practitioners that are certified are then able to take their students and clients on the same journey of awakening to their soul's Truth, overcoming struggle and finding sat chit ananda (Truth, Consciousness, and Bliss).
The Inner Alignment Yoga school upholds the teachings of Raja Eightfold Path yoga, Bhakti Yoga of devotion, and Jnana yoga for self inquiry, while leaning on the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda (author of Autobiography of a Yogi). Her team of yoga teachers uphold the Yamas and Niyamas as a way of life, and teach in a profoundly authentic embodiment of the yogic path. Our school is non-political and serves ALL people so we can activate Oneness consciousness--all religions, beliefs, and approaches to life are welcome. 🙏
Kim Beekman is author of Awaken Your Potency: a practical guide to Law of Attraction, Ayurveda and Meditation and Inner Alignment Soul Retrieval for Healing Childhood Trauma: a systematic approach to healing the root cause of anxiety and depression. Her Inner Alignment approach has been effective for over 450 participants, many of whom have become Inner Alignment Practitioners themselves. She continues to bring advanced yogic teachings out into the world in yoga teacher trainings because she believes that the yogic path is the path of healing consciousness.
