New World Wellness, an integrative and holistic private wellness center recently re-located to beautiful Gainesville FL has now been in operation for over thirteen years. Husband and wife owners and partners, Nicole Georgi-Costello, MS, LMHC, ERYT  & Craig Costello, BS, ERYT  now having over 30 years of experience in wellness orientated techniques, tools, and practices between them both have developed an amazing 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training program rooted  in the ancient Yogic teachings.

This Program, entitled “Coming H-AUM: Going Within to Wellness”, which Is an approved Registered Yoga School through Yoga Alliance, is developed for those participating to not only “Be the Change” but to “Teach” the change as well if they so desire once completed. This program is designed to give participants the experience of “coming home” to wellness through study and practice of these ancient Yogic teachings. This experience of coming home, or being at peace, is every living creature’s birthright. Students may be surprised to uncover that the journey the embark upon is to NO-WHERE and that there is NO-THING that they need to add to themselves, change, or take away to experience this lifetime in a state of peace and integration. All teachings of this program on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level will serve as pointers directing students to experience themselves beyond the limited conditioning of this body, mind, and ego.

This program currently runs one weekend a month for seven months with two weekly yoga class participations in addition to weekend commitments.  Four out of seven weekends are in-person training weekends whilst three are live-virtual weekends.  Weekly classes are offered both in-person or virtually.  This training is open to anyone that is ready to embark on the journey within to free themselves from the bondage of identification with form and ego leading to “being the light” that guides the way for others. This shift will allow for the creation of a “New World” of wellness in which health, vitality, joy, and bliss becomes the experience for everyone!

This Yoga Teacher Training Program is not suitable for those students seeking only the physical aspects of the practice for all of the yogic teachings and techniques point towards the True understanding of Yoga, which simply stated does not exist as poses to master or knowledge to add and that can never be defined but only experienced.

This training program was a beautiful balance of theory, practice, and integration. Craig & Nicole collaborate their wealth of experience and insight into the history and tradition of yoga, anatomy for inclusive practice, and exploring your specific teaching style.
