It was a life-changing training and I am grateful for all the tools that MPower has provided to ensure our success as new yoga teachers.
This program is amazing. There were about 8 of us in the group, so it was easy to ask questions and learn in a smaller group setting. The program is 10 straight weekends, which could be challenging at times. Challenging on the body and mind, but it allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the teaching. There are a few trainers and special guests in this program, which gives a new perspective on teaching. Johanna is a very understanding and welcoming person who made me feel safe and seen.
