About Mindful Heart Yoga Teacher Training
Mindful Heart teaches the practices of embodied, aligned movement practices integrated with the 8-limbed path of traditional Raja Ashtanga Yoga. Alongside a deep study of yogic philosophy, tradition, and history, Mindful Heart also emphasizes safety and skill in practice through comprehensive study of Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, and Exercise Science. Aligning teaching with the application and embodiment of a yogic lifestyle, Mindful Heart strives to keep integrity, awareness, compassion, and authenticity at the center of it's training curriculum.
