Lotos Yoga Berlin

Lotos Yoga Berlin has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and has trained more than 500 teachers.

Our Yoga Teacher Training 200h & 300h Programs covers traditional and modern yoga, including history, philosophy, all techniques, anatomy, alignments, injury prevention and class sequencing, preparing students to teach with confidence and solid knowledge

With the support of highly experienced teachers and a large community of students you will integrate yoga naturally in your life, creating a positive transformation and allowing the yoga teacher within you to express in a natural way.

During your training you will gain real-world Teaching Experience by teaching real classes at our studios.

Most graduates from our courses are now working successfully as yoga teachers in our studios or in other studios in Berlin and around the world. They stay in touch with us and their classmates even after their training is completed creating a supportive network and community.

By the end of the course you will obtain the certification from the Yoga Alliance International, validating your education and allowing you to teach yoga worldwide.

You will have free access to our Online Academy where you can find all the recorded classes and additional resources covering Practices and Theory that will be of great support during your studies

We also have extra tutorial classes during the course so you can clarify doubts and stay updated.

With the training you will get free pass for regular yoga classes at any of our studios, allowing you to practice and connect with your teachers and classmates without any extra cost.
