Our mission is to provide a peaceful, safe, and calming space where students can develop their own personal yoga journey and receive the support needed to foster their growth. Our staff supports students in creating a consistent yoga practice, as well as offering a variety of alternative modalities. Students and clients leave our space feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening the doors to positive transformation.

Our ultimate aim is to grow students and teachers in their yoga practice, in their knowledge of themselves and in developing a skillful and holistic approach to navigating the inevitable ups and downs of everyday life. In this way, we affect not only one another but our families, our community and our world.

Our classes are rooted in Hatha Yoga and include Vinyasa Flow, Open Level, Yoga Basics, Meditation, Myofascial Release, Ayurveda, Yoga for Mental and Emotional Health, Trauma Informed, Prenatal, Gentle, Chair & Restorative.
