Seit 2005 besteht InnerSmile als Yogastudio im Rhein Main Gebiet.
Unsere Philosophie ist: Yoga in kleinen Gruppen, individuell, medizinisch wissenschaftlich orientiert, mit viel Herzenswärme und einer gesunden Portion LACHEN.
Unsere 200h Hatha Yoga Lehrer Ausbildung hat eine maximale Teilnehmerzahl von 10 Personen - mir war es wichtig, eine Ausbildung zu etablieren, die sehr individuell zugewandt ist und einen effektiven Schüler Lehrer Kontakt ermöglicht.
Unsere Yoga Ausrichtung ist klassisch - den Geist beruhigen, und den Körper gesund erhalten. Die Zentrierung steht im Mittelpunkt.

Since 2005 InnerSmile located in Germany, Bad Schwalbach near Wiesbaden offers different Yoga Classes.
Our yoga classes are teached with the maximum of 12 persons.
Our 200h Hatha Yoga Training has a maximum of only 10 Trainees- I wanted to establish an very individual an direct form of teacher training.
The next 200h Hatha Yoga Teacher Training starts in April 2020..
We teach a gentle yoga to calm the busy mind- your strong an flexible body is a positive side effect.
