300 YTT

Our 300-hour yoga teacher training builds upon our 200-hour foundation, building upon your yoga knowledge and is designed for experienced yoga teachers. This advanced course will help you refine your teaching abilities, explore advanced asanas and sequencing, and delve deeper into yoga philosophy and teaching methodologies.
