Holy Yoga is an experiential worship created to deepen people’s connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ-honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship, and wellness. Holy Yoga® provides world-class programs where people experience a divine transformation and are equipped to live out the gospel in their everyday lives.
Holy Yoga instructor training is the best in class, which results in a foundation you can build your practice on. All of our classes are taught by some of the best instructors in the industry. We offer 15+ different options, including 100, 200, and 300-hour training, as well as a variety of specialty courses and certifications. We provide live training with a master trainer and self-study options, and a streaming Holy Yoga TV experience.
