we have cultivated a unique teaching methodology that we refer to as "Embodied Vinyasa Flow." This style of yoga represents a fusion of mindfulness and creativity within a Vinyasa flow framework. Our approach places a particular emphasis on conveying yogic philosophy through authentic Dhamma talk embodiment.
