Completing my 500-Hour Yoga Alliance certification through Chrissy's Rise and Vibe Yoga program has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my yoga journey. I began with the 200-hour in-person training in Cabarete, and it exceeded every expectation I had. The setting was absolutely magical — surrounded by nature, ocean breezes, and a community of like-minded yogis. Chrissy and her guests instructors throughout our two weeks together were not only deeply knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive, creating a space that was both inspiring and transformative. Every day felt like a balance of challenge, growth, and connection — to myself, to others, and to the practice. Afterward, I continued with the 100-hour self-paced online component, which offered the perfect flexibility to integrate what I’d learned while diving deeper into philosophy, anatomy, and advanced teaching techniques. The online materials were thoughtfully organized and easy to follow, allowing me to continue refining my personal practice and teaching skills at my own rhythm. Altogether, this 500-hour training has truly deepened my understanding of yoga — far beyond the physical practice. I feel more confident, grounded, and inspired as a teacher and practitioner. I would wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone looking to advance their training in an environment that’s both rigorous and deeply nourishing.
