We will engage you with YA's core curriculum and competency requirements, and include introductions and familiarizations to Sound Healing, Private Event-type Yoga, and so much more.
Additionally, Elle Everett, Down Dog Sedona’s owner and lead instructor is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor (graduate of Kripalu’s School of Ayurveda). Elle has woven Ayurvedic philosophy, tools and techniques throughout the curriculum.

Great instruction and experience
I cannot recommend Down Dog Sedona enough for yoga teacher training. I researched multiple training programs and was drawn to this program's schedule and well-roundedness. In addition, the instructors provided the most supportive environment I could have asked for. I feel confident to lead yoga and continue my yoga education thanks to the immense amount of work the instructors have put in to their program. I can't say thank you enough!
