Attending Body Poetic was a truly life-changing experience. Teaching is really heart work for Meg, and that’s felt in every part of the training as well as in the support she continues to give afterwards. The way we took our time to learn not only the anatomical and energetic benefits of each pose, but also the alignment principles and modifications, really strengthened my proprioception and gave me trust in myself as a teacher. I could go on and on about how transformative this training has been under the guidance of Meg and her equally amazing Lead Teacher, Brooke. Their wisdom, patience, and encouragement made the journey one of growth, empowerment, and deep connection.
