The integrated apprenticeship offers the opportunity to increase your skills, build confidence and discover your unique gifts.
In addition to learning the safe practice of yoga postures for all levels, life stages and abilities, Living OM’s training includes modules on anatomy, philosophy, Ayurveda, assisting, energy flow, and the business of yoga. All learning is integrated and iterative. Throughout the program there is also a focus on safe and deep assists; functional movement; effective language and lesson plans; injury prevention and recovery. While steeped in the wisdom of Ayurveda and guidance from the Yoga Sutra’s, this program is designed for today ~ yoga for personal growth, wellness and evolution for all bodies, hearts and souls.
Through our curriculum, you will be immersed in a wide span of what yoga has to offer this world. You will come away as a strong, confident and very safe teacher.
