About this retreat
Yoga is a beautiful practice that works to unite the body, breath, mind and soul, supporting our overall sense of wellness, inside and out. But depending on where and how we approach our practice, yoga can often be perceived as inaccessible and non-inclusive.
Your Own Yoga classes are designed to be welcome everyBODY, and to offer choice, to empower and to help you access the self-agency and confidence to honour your body with a yoga practice that truly and authentically serves you, enabling you to achieve that sense of wellness as you deserve to.
And yes, while safe alignment is key, skeletal variation means that the same pose may look and feel very different within a studio full of yogis and between each of our uniquely built bodies. Guess what? That is more than okay!
This is just a snippet of Your Own Yoga and what our classes can offer YOUR body; essentially a practice to bring joy, nourishment and a deep sense of peace within, allowing you to be the very best version of yourself, on and off the mat.
