About this retreat
YogaLeela – Yoga Teacher Training in Germany & Austria
YogaLeela offers certified Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bad Salzungen (Thuringia, Germany) and Innsbruck (Tyrol, Austria). Our programs combine the depth of traditional yoga teachings with modern, well-structured teaching methodology.
Our 200-hour foundational Yoga Teacher Training invites students to experience yoga not only as a practice, but as a path of personal growth, awareness, and inner development. We create a learning environment where time, attention, and respect for each individual process are central.
The training includes a comprehensive curriculum covering:
- Yoga Practice: Asana, Pranayama and Meditation from different yoga traditions
- Yoga Philosophy: History and practical application of yogic teachings in modern life
- Anatomy: Functional anatomy for safe and health-oriented teaching
- Teaching Methodology: Class structure, sequencing, voice and communication in teaching
Our program is designed to prepare participants to teach yoga authentically, safely, and with confidence, while developing their own understanding of yoga as a holistic practice – physically, mentally, and internally.
