About this retreat
VYC is a yoga school affiliated with Yoga Alliance USA. We aim to make the world a better place to live by spreading traditional yoga knowledge to all.
Here at Vyas Yoga Center, we teach both traditional Hath style of yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. We don’t only work on the physical well-being of someone but most significantly also work on one’s internal well-being i.e. help them progress spiritually.
We started Vyas Yoga Center in May of 2016. Since then we have trained many yoga students. and now they are teaching at many of the Yoga TTC’s in Rishikesh and around the globe.
We don’t only teach yoga, we help students to incorporate yoga into their daily life.
We are group of yoga enthusiast individuals.
