About this retreat
This training will prepare you to teach yoga to beginners and intermediate students with a heavy focus on making yoga accessible to all.
If you feel like you're not maybe the yoga "type" this training will make you realize that you ARE the yoga type and whatever you think is your downfall is actually something you can use to your advantage to get more students.
This is a non-competitive, accepting, non-pretentious environment and is not about learning how to put your leg behind your head. You will learn how to deepen your practice but more so in ways that will improve your life off the mat.

What students say
I originally signed up for Crystal Gray’s 200-hour yoga teacher training just for fun, not realizing how much it would change me. I had no idea that I would fall so deeply in love with yoga or that it would spark the path I’m on today. What makes Crystal’s teaching stand out is not just her knowledge, but the way she brings inspiration, motivation, and genuine ongoing support to every step of the journey. She has a true gift for cueing and sequencing. She makes the practice accessible while also challenging, empowering, and FUN. Her passion for yoga shines through in every class, every training, every interaction. Since earning my 200-hour certification, I’ve continued to work with Crystal and am currently taking her 300-hour course, which has already deepened both my personal practice and my teaching. I’m so grateful to have found a teacher and mentor like her, and I can’t recommend her trainings enough for anyone looking to grow both on and off the mat.
