The Internal Peace Initiative

About this retreat

If you feel inclined to teach Internal Peace Yoga, you need to know that we will coach you how to teach in a non "cookie cutter" manner. You will learn how to teach safely to an audience of your choice along with anatomy, philosophy, alignment, breathing techniques, meditation and... business skills.

Alina, your main teacher is a full time Yoga Teacher & Certified Yoga Therapist with 14,000 hours of teaching experience + 2,000 hours of education from senior teachers. In the faculty we have associate teachers with relevant healthcare background and top of the class graduates.

With the confidence that our programs are the best in industry we stand by our standards of excellence. Therefore, we encourage potential students with a minimum 1 year of yoga practice or with a healthcare background to apply - we will meet in person or virtual to determine if our program is a good fit for you.

What students say

★★★★★

Alina is incredibly knowledgable. She provides very intensive training for each of her sessions. Her choices of literature are exceptional. Her tips and training techniques are excellent.

★★★★

An extremely thorough teacher and experience. The course modules did have extensive reading and provided a deep understanding of anatomy which really deepened my understanding of the subtle body and interaction with asanas. I am utterly grateful for the depth of work this teacher has put into the course material and her own extensive fully rounded knowledge which she shares generously.
