About this retreat

"Be a Yogi" - A lifelong education for personal development on the yogic path

Join one of our educational programs—RYT 200 or RYT 500—and begin a structured, comprehensive, and transformative journey of deepening your practice, knowledge, and understanding of yoga.

These programs are intended for those who wish to:

  • deepen their personal practice
  • gain systematic knowledge of yoga
  • train to teach yoga in alignment with tradition and ethical principles

The training offers a broad perspective on yoga as a complete system, rooted in the yogic and Vedic traditions from which the practice originates.

About the School

The Dharma Yoga School was founded with the intention of transmitting high-quality, authentic, and experiential knowledge of yoga. It operates under the guidance of experienced and internationally recognized teachers, drawing on nearly two decades of knowledge transmission by the lead teacher, Sandra Petra Pintaric.

The program is deeply rooted in yogic tradition, honoring its ethical principles and original purpose—personal transformation and service through knowledge.

Programs:

  • RYT 200 Teacher Training – Foundational Program “Hatha–Raja Yoga – Foundations of Yoga, Hatha & Vinyasa”
  • RYT 500 Teacher Training – Advanced Program “Hatha–Raja Yoga – Divine Purification & Advanced Yoga”

About the teacher:

Since 2009, Sandra Petra has educated more than twenty generations of teachers through TT 200 and TT 500 programs. For nearly two decades, she has continuously led workshops, master classes, and retreats across Croatia and Europe. She is an active author of texts on yoga and spirituality and participates in numerous educational and public projects.

Her experience of yoga has developed through a range of yogic traditions and approaches since 2001, including ten years of Art of Living yoga, Bhakti Yoga (since 2009), Ashtanga Yoga, modern Vinyasa styles, and ultimately Dharma Yoga (since 2011), which she introduced to Croatia through Dharma Yoga Zagreb.

Alongside yoga, she is also engaged through Vastu, Healing Arts & Design.

Based in Zagreb, she leads the The House of Dharma - Dharma Yoga Zagreb Center & School, organizes retreats on the eco-island of Silba, and continues her personal development through direct learning and practice.
