About this retreat
Serving Sonoma County, California and beyond with a robust and seasoned Yoga Teacher Training course. The school was created by Iris Lambert of Irie Yoga, whom Mary Kate McCartney studied and apprenticed under and today it continues to train teachers and expand its courses at partnering studios.
