About this retreat
Sangha Yoga School is located on the shore of quintessential Westerly, Rhode Island, and Mystic, Connecticut. Focused on community and being of service in the world as yoga teachers, this yoga teacher training is disciplined, yet fun (think dance parties), and includes the outdoors, private sanctuaries, self-care, self-study as well as all the important standards required by Yoga Alliance.
You will leave this training feeling confident to lead a yoga class to all levels, have a deeper understanding of how to incorporate a yogic lifestyle, and stronger mind and body, you will have the tools to market your yoga class/workshops, and a personal transformation through the work you do during self-study, meditation, and asana. You will also have a new yoga family and your lead instructor's guidance for life. We will always be here for you.

We are a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one that follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete the training hours with this school and pass the exam will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
