What students say

★★★★★

I completed my yoga teacher training with Brian at Red Lotus Yoga, and it was an exceptional and life-changing experience. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and truly considerate in his approach. He ensured we fully understood and mastered all technical skills before awarding our certification. I not only deepened my yoga practice but also elevated my spirituality in meaningful ways. I experienced noticeable shifts and growth in both my personal life and my business.   I highly recommend any training with him! Get ready to transform in many positive ways!

★★★★★

The training was thorough yet clear. There was always an opportunity to ask additional questions or go deeper into the lesson material. They put a high focus on teaching, which prepared us all to stand in front of a group of people and actually teach. A lot of us formed great connections, with each other as well as the student body and the teachers at the school. All in all, a fantastic program that taught me so much about yoga, yoga philosophy and community.
