About this retreat
Mrityunjay Yogpeeth Foundation is a traditional yoga school based in Rishikesh, India, dedicated to preserving and sharing the authentic wisdom of yoga while meeting modern global standards. As a Yoga Alliance–registered school, we offer internationally recognized teacher training programs and holistic wellness experiences for students from all over the world.
Our core offerings include Yoga Alliance–certified Teacher Training Courses, ranging from 100 Hour, 200 Hour yoga teacher training (RYT 200), 300 Hour, and 500 Hour (RYT 500) programs. These trainings are designed for beginners, intermediate practitioners, and advanced teachers seeking deep knowledge in asana practice, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical teaching skills.
In addition to Yoga Alliance programs, we provide AYUSH YCB–Certified Yoga Courses, including YCB Certification programs and the Yoga Volunteer (YV) Course, supporting students who wish to serve yoga at a national and international level.
Mrityunjay Yogpeeth also specializes in wellness and healing retreats, offering immersive experiences such as Yoga Retreats, Ayurveda Retreats, Spiritual & Emotional Healing Retreats, Sound Healing Retreats, and Reiki Healing Retreats. These retreats are thoughtfully designed to restore balance, promote inner healing, and support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
We regularly host Yoga Continuing Education Workshops, allowing yoga teachers and practitioners to expand their knowledge, refine their skills, and earn continuing education hours in a supportive and traditional learning environment.
Our school is guided by experienced registered yoga teachers, rooted in classical yogic traditions and supported by modern teaching methodologies. We provide recognized certificates, a nurturing learning atmosphere, and a strong spiritual foundation that supports personal transformation and professional growth.
At Mrityunjay Yogpeeth Foundation, we are committed to offering authentic yoga education, holistic healing practices, and meaningful experiences that help students grow as practitioners, teachers, and conscious individuals.
