Ready to study yoga and grow your love for the practice with a diverse group of yogis in a respectful and inclusive teacher training program! This autumn intensive is a virtual training that takes place over the course of three months, immersing you into your personal practice of yoga, while training you to hold the Seat of the Teacher with creativity, honor and integrity. Love Yoga Studio's fall 2021 training is an accessible online intensive program, consisting of 10 weeks of classes, with no weekends! Integrate yoga into your weekly schedule with 16 hours of dedicated class time. The class schedule is Tuesday and Thursday 6:00am-8:00am EST and Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-9:00pm EST. This is a truly immersive experience that allows you to earn your 200 Hour credential and leaves your weekends free. Connect to the energy and sangha of Love Yoga Studio!

January-June 2022
This 200 Hour Teacher Training program takes place over the course of six months, ending with an international graduate retreat! Our teacher training curriculum follows the new Competencies-Based Model from Yoga Alliance. This curriculum includes thirteen competences; asana, pranayama & subtle body, meditation, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, history, philosophy, ethics, teaching methodology, professional development, practicum, and electives. We teach alignment-based asanas and highlight the importance of the breath. The elective portion of the curriculum allows for a creative integration of training on specialized populations and topics such as pre/post natal yoga, chair yoga, Aryuveda, etc.
