Lotus House of Yoga

About this retreat

Our teacher training program begins with you. We believe that you hold infinite possibility for the future. This inner potential is captured in our Yoga Alliance certified programs. No matter where you are in life, yoga teacher training lets you design your dreams. Our transformative curriculum is designed to cover all the pillars of yoga; yoga history, Sanskrit, pose alignment, energetic body and sacred literature. However, the most important part of teacher training is to help you find your voice as a teacher. We prepare you wholly to speak your truth with compassion and joy. Start with our 200-Hour Yoga Alliance program. The majority of our graduates find work in their community immediately after training ends. The health, wellness, and fitness industry is growing exponentially.

The desire to teach is not a requirement. You may want to deepen your practice and enjoy the invaluable benefits of teacher training on your own mat. This program will not only change your yoga practice, it will change your life.

Next, move on to the “grad school” of yoga teacher training, our 300-hour program. If you are certified 200-hour teacher and want to continue your education, this program is for you. This advanced program helps specialize your expertise. Immerse yourself in your favorite areas of study. A huge benefit is that your can learn at your own pace. We allow you to design your perfect schedule that fits your lifestyle and needs. While our experience, credentials, and standards of teaching are very high, what truly makes Lotus House of Yoga Teacher Training stand out is our staff’s commitment to your learning, and our progressive approach to teaching. We believe in the power of yoga to transform lives, both on and off the mat. All of our programs will challenge you in new ways, while at the same time giving you the guidance, nurturing and encouragement to create a balanced yoga practice for yourself. If you choose to teach yoga, our programs will provide you with an abundance of tools, techniques and blueprints that you will use to design meaningful, safe and positive experiences for your students.
