About this retreat
Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga draws from Prana Flow, Jivamukti, Iyengar, and different meditation traditions to create a holistic approach to the practice. We believe that the practice can create positive change in the body through movement, breath and awareness. Our trainings are infused with knowledge from various lineages to offer today's yogi the opportunity to transform the body and mind with intelligent movement.
