Greenville Yoga

About this retreat

Greenville Yoga provides a warm community gathering place that allows you to slow down and take time for self-care. We host wonderful teachers who have a depth of knowledge and years of experience; creating a safe place of healing, open to all. We offer inspired, affordable, classes for all ages and abilities. Greenville Yoga is dedicated to serving locally through acts of charity and volunteerism.

Liz’s Vision for 2025

Greenville Yoga helps open-hearted seekers (many of whom struggle with physical pain, isolation, anxiety, and fear) to find community. Through the gifts of community and inspiration of our teacher-leaders, our classes will regulate your nervous system so you can connect with that still, quiet space within. This connection allows us to collectively wake up and dream a new way to be in the world: one kind human at a time.

A Little About Us

We are a small community school that opened August 2005 in the North Main neighborhood. In 2021 we relocated to Sans Souci (a lovely little community whose name means “without worry”). We offer weekly yoga classes that include breath work, movement and meditation. We honor the traditional nature of yoga as more than just the physical poses, but instead a gateway to get to know our Self and live more fully in this world.

Our classes are offered in-studio, live-streaming & on-demand.
